Fear not the outcome for there is never a definitive way of knowing of what is to come. This is why there is so much emphasis placed on mindfulness in the new age, as becoming more and more present relinquishes the need to be so concerned with outcomes.

When we are living organically from the heart space on a moment to moment basis, we are not thinking ahead, nor to the past, for this is futile to our soul's progression. What is done is done and therefore there is no need to dwell there. Memories are to be cherished so it can certainly be beneficial to reflect upon situations that have brought us joy and to ponder how far we have come as this provides a point of reference for us. Be mindful however of not staying in that head space too long, for that time has now passed and we would be better served focusing on what it is we would like to be bringing into our awareness right now. What is it we wish to create?

Sometimes becoming clear on what it is we truly want is the hardest part. Once we know, then it is a process of drawing that to us (if it is for our highest good of course) because we don't always know what is best for us and the Universe may have different ideas. Once again relinquish the need to know, to control and to simply flow with a sense of surrender toward what the outcome may be. Be clear and specific on your chosen desire, then send your wishes off with love and trust that all will be well.

Life is chaotic at times and so it's advisable to learn to remain calm in the midst of turmoil. Know that you can be in the eye of the storm, and ride the energies with more ease than when you are caught up in the thick of it. This is a great skill to have as it will always come in handy during times of stress. Be aware OF it (fill in the blank here of whatever the current drama might be) but not IN it. Remain detached to a degree in order to not be dragged into the density of such situations. This is not to say that you don't care or that you aren't compassionate to the situation but rather that you are honouring yourself by keeping yourself energetically disconnected somewhat so that you can avoid any setbacks due to the actions of other people or events around you. It is important to note that everything going on around us is reflective of our inner world so the next time you are faced with a situation that feels uncomfortable for lack of a better word, spend some time and go within and ask what this situation is trying to show you then pay attention througout your day to what crosses your path. Answers can arrive in many ways so its important to be aware of what you see, hear, feel or just know.
