If you have not yet awoken to the realisation that you hold the power to create the life that you dream of, then it is time to make the change within yourself that will ultimately make the external change. Once you know how to make the change within that affects the change outside of you on an individual scale, then you can begin to imagine that if each individual were to make the necessary changes on a personal level that on a global scale the affects could be phenomenal.
We are all confused right now, there is no doubt about it. There is so much conflicting information circulating that it is understandable that people are feeling helpless and becoming emotionally drained, scared and sick by what is happening in our society. Know this...You CAN make a difference. We ALL can. HOW? It really is not complicated at all. I am not a Quantum Physicist but if you can grasp the concept that everything in the Universe is Energy and that everything in the Universe is connected THEN we as energetic beings will have an energetic influence on the action and thoughts we have, which ultimately creates the collective energy. This energy is what influences what our collective reality looks like. Right?
So now that we recognise that we are far more influential than we may have realised it is up to each of us to begin to do the work on ourselves, in order to be the positive influence that once replicated by many will become the collective energy.
So....thus begins the journey inward because this is where your power resides. When I refer to going inward all I am referencing is listening to yourself rather than looking outside of yourself for answers from external sources that may not be completely reliable. The Media will display the narrative it wants the collective to digest so I highly recommending limiting how much of this you are absorbing.
What I am referring to is simply looking inward, not outward and the most effective way to do this is through Meditation, Mindfulness, Breath and Nature. There are other ways if you do not enjoy meditation or sitting still for too long but it is definitely the fastest way to achieve the state of energetic vibration required to truly awaken to your power of who you are and what you are able to achieve. It doesn't need to be long periods of stillness either. Even 5 minutes a day will create change but the more you can do it, the better and faster you will notice a change. You can also use Affirmations, Sounds, Mantras, Mudras, Yoga, Music and so much more to bring your energy to a level that creates a shift within you. You will know there is a change by how you feel, what you see, what you attract. You may notice synchronicities occurring such as seeing repeating numbers coming in to your awareness, symbols in nature such as dragonflies, butterflies, feathers, birds and animals that you just know are there for you. The experiences you begin to attract will be of a higher level than before. Much more positive. How you create this raising of your vibration does not matter so much as getting there.
When your energy levels start to rise, you will start to perceive certain aspects of your life in a new way. You may no longer feel drawn to certain people or activities you once were and the more you can allow whatever is out of resonance with you to gently fall away the higher your vibe will become. I'm not suggesting you make major life changes without giving it some thought and planning but you will know what changes need to take place. Your energy is now having an affect on everyone and everything you come into contact with. See how powerful you are? So, now that you are beginning to naturally feel more positive through your new Meditative practice, you may be feeling as if you 'just know' things, or you receive insight into what feels right and what doesn't. This is going within - Sitting with a question you need answered and noticing how your body feels - you have an inbuilt radar to let you know what feels right and what you should run a mile from. Listen to it! It is your birthright to access all of your innate abilities that you have to keep you safe, to guide you and to enable you to manifest the life you desire.
If you do nothing else, turn the TV off, go outside, put your feet on the grass and breathe. Stand on the grass for at least 15 minutes in order to receive what you need from the Earth. There are scientific benefits to Grounding or Earthing as it is also know. This is a great doco on the topic if you are interested.
While you are standing with your feet on the grass, try as much as possible to be present, completely in the moment and take a few slow deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. Ask that any energy you're holding onto that you no longer need be released into the Earth below. You will be healing your body and avoiding being drawn into the fear being perpetuated right now.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and each must do what feels right for them. Go with your gut on what feels 'off' or 'just not right' and don't allow anyone else to tell you what YOU must do. The choice is yours and I highly recommend taking the time each day to check in with yourself and taking note of what your intuition has to tell you.
