"We each are here to fulfill our mission, and through creating space for regular introspection, meditation, connecting with nature and following what lights us up, we are led to the experiences that align us with exactly where we need to be.

I believe we each have everything we need within us, though life tends to blur the connection, through all that distracts us from our natural state of being.

 

Our natural state is one of balance and harmony - a spiritual being having a human experience. To regain that connection, we simply need to become quiet and open in order to listen, feel, see or know what we are being guided toward. Relaxing the body, mind and spirit enables healing and balance to occur. The body always remembers on a cellular level what it has experienced, so healing is always beneficial.

 

Meditation is key to our wellbeing as well as immersing ourselves in nature as often as we can. Nature is where our body can recalibrate and energise and where our intuition heightens. This is only the beginning of you reconnecting with your intuitive self - the part of you that knows the way forward, that you can trust to guide you in the right direction and that whispers the words you need to hear in order to stay in alignment with your life's mission. You are far more powerful and multifaceted than you might realise, though the more you heal, learn, go within, the more that will be revealed to you about who you truly are and your purpose in this Earth experience.
